PS. Don't be alarmed if the texture of the balm starts to slightly change or crystalize. If you notice your balm melting, you can pop it in the freezer for a bit!

Please note this does not alter the potency or effectiveness of the product. Our CBD balm does not contain preservatives, so changing temperatures and weather can cause the balm consistency to change.

Why? Butters contain different levels of fatty acids, which all have different melting points. The fatty acids in The Ritual harden at different rates when they're allowed to cool too slowly after melting (this is why we recommend the freezer over the fridge!) The butters with higher melting points solidify before the butters with lower melting points - sometimes producing a grainy texture.

Immediate Relief + Soothing Smell

The relief for PMS cramps is truly incredible. I have even started using the balm on my sore neck every other night. Not to mention the smell is so lovely. Definitely happy I purchased this!!

MAGIC

Is it witchcraft? Is it science? This balm works instantly to relieve any muscle pains and cramps period related or otherwise. Achy necks and shoulders, lower back, feet- head to toe. I have a jar at work and a jar at home. Bonus that it smells so good I wish there was a whole bath and body line to pair with it and it's not greasy and absorbs quickly .

Amazing product!!

I have endometriosis and terrible period cramps. I have tried lots of things to help relieve the pain but nothing has helped like the enuf balm has! Such a soothing fantastic solution.

Such an INCREDIBLE product

I've been using cycle support CBD balm for years now and nothing has helped during my menstrual cycle as much as this balm! It is my tried and true, and I've used it for multiple different pain related aches. I have a really bad back/neck and every time I use the balm on the tense areas, within minutes I feel such relief. The smell is incredible as well! I cannot say enough good things about Enuf - take it from someone who rarely leaves reviews. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Life changing.

Life changing

I have endometriosis and suffer from really bad period cramps especially the day before and 2 days into my period.

I tried literally everything and a friend recommended Enuf. I applied the balm to my stomach, back and thighs and my cramp pains literally went away.

I am a converter and believer! Life changing especially for someone who struggles with painful cramps.
